Deposits

Please note that deposits are required at the time of scheduling to secure your treatment time. Your deposit will be applied towards you treatment amount after your session. All deposits are non-refundable.  If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled time, you may use your deposit towards product.

Rescheduling

Please be mindful of rescheduling your appointment 24 hours before your treatment time. If you reschedule outside of the 24 hour time, your deposit will transfer over with your new appointment time. If you reschedule within the 24 hour window, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be applied.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, your deposit will be forfeited.  If you booked without a deposit, you will be charged the deposit amount for the treatment scheduled.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full amount” of your treatment scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
